Got a cute little AMC Pacer due to the very cool paint design, It didn’t show as tuned but at 22K CR I didn’t really care if it did and I upgraded to the max. When I went to upgrades it told me it was locked which I accepted expecting to lose any parts which I wasn’t expecting anyway. The wheels went back to standard and as I went through the process I noticed the familiar garage icon and the spanner for parts the car already had. Has anyone else come across this because it may have been fixed? I even saw the familiar 0CR when clicking on the item like in FH3.
The original owner probably bought all the parts at some point, but sold the car untuned.
You might be onto something here as I was positive that the car was not tuned sitting in the AH. This would also mean the removal of parts is not a glitch and done on purpose since I have only purchased 1 car at AH that I can say the tuner did a great job it still would knock out most of the AH cars for me.
Homologation parts, probably.

We are talking mag wheels, reinforcing bars and lowered suspension etc which would take the car out of the category I went and checked again and both the parts I upgraded like a roll cage, new mags and engine are all in place and everything the previous owner had purchased is showing as owned in my garage.
