How is it possible that after pages and pages of complaints about a glitched achievement no one is giving support?
The new support page exists only to take time or someone is going to do something about the problem?
I opened a ticket writing: “I’ve done everything that was in the FAQ” etc, explaining carefully the problem and the only answer I get after 5 Days is " Have you tried everything from the FAQ?"
Is playground kidding us or they can’t absolutely write a simple line of code that matches the statistics and trigger the achievement?
The issue isn’t on the known problems topic and they are just looking away pretending everything is ok.
Me, just like a bunch of people, just need this achievement to make the 100%, how hard can it be to fix the problem?
Just because it doesn’t affect you, doesn’t mean the hundreds of others that are indeed affected have to wait for that “monthly” update (which in the case of FH3 was close to a year for what I can remember).
Devs have already said, updates will be monthly. Not having the achievement right now is not something as pressing as an exposed cheat. But I guess if you have the juice to get them to realease a fix for it prior to aonthly update, more power to you.
