Hi,
I went on forza yesterday and for some reason it put me right at the start of the game with no cars and no level.
Does anyone know how I can get my cars back? I’ve already done a hard restart on my Xbox and deleted all the local saves and let it resync but that doesn’t work.
I’ve seen some people on here say to uninstall forza but it seems a bit drastic if it might not work.
Any other suggestions or should I just start saving up for some new cars?

Don’t just delete your local saves; remove your profile from your Xbox entirely, hard reset, then restart and launch Forza and sign in when the game itself prompts you to (which will put your account back on the Xbox).
If you’re still back at 0 after that then you’re screwed - the All Powerfull Cloud thinks you’re a noob.
You could try emailing T10 and ask them for some credits to help you start rebuilding your garage but I suspect by the time you hear back your balance will be ticking over nicely from playing the game anyway.
I just tried what you suggested but it still has me at level 0 with no cars. Thanks anyway Zedeeyen, I’ll just save up for a Lancia and then I should be fine.
My game save data is corrupted due to Xbox live outage on Friday. I tried all procedures. Nothing works. So how do I get in contact with turn 10 please. This is a joke the lack of support!
Hi still waiting for a response as to how I contact turn 10. Anyone any ideas? All my data was lost/corrupted through no fault of my own. Hours of playing earning tuning creating liveries all lost. Some HELP FROM TURN 10 would be greatly appreciated as I own every single forza title from turn 10. Trying to play online sucks at the moment as it’s taking so long to earn the cars and develope new tunes for them. Is there even any point me writing anything on here? And not only that, but why has this issue not been fixed? As it stands I’m unlikely to renew my xboxlive subscription and therefore this will be my last forza game I purchase! Thank you so much Turn 10. Great job!
