My in-depth review of the FH5 Series 24 update
It’s good.
That’s deep man!
The increased garage, tunes and liveries limits are very welcome and I’ll now enjoy playing the game much more. It sounds a bit ungrateful and there are probably reasons why it can’t be done but every week I get several duplicate cars from doing challenges. It would be great if, like the wheelspin system, the game could recognize if you already had the car being offered and give you the choice of either accepting or rejecting the car.
That’s a good suggestion!
Or a flag in settings to disable being offered wheelspins.
The 33S and TZ2 are very good at A800 road - as expected.
Only a matter of time til the first 59 on HMC.
But they are not at the top. The 800 Sports upped the ante quite a lot.
I assume the 155 will face a similar fate. Can’t imagine it beating the Viper AE. The FXX might be in range but we’ll see.
Had the most fun with both Alfas on B700 road. Easy 3:01 on Copper Canyon with the 33S.
Completely agree & have made this same point previously.
Decided to add it to the suggestion hub, so it is available for voting here:

Quick update on the 155:
Didn’t get Slicks+ like in Horizon 4. Thus, S1 is not going to happen.
BUT it simply shifted its awesome performance to A800.
Did 2:40 on Copper Canyon marking the 3rd fastest AWD time. Only behind a Syclone and R34 which both use the centrifugal LS3.
And neither of them drives so beautifully planted. Great job by PG conveying this driving feeling from H4 to 5.
The 86 Lancia Delta with the body kit is a monster S1.
With the Racing V8 900 PI
With the Turbo Rally 890 PI
The second one is faster on dirt roads.
The 92 Delta A class feels really good in RA with OG suspension.
Alfa 155 for now a freeroam Arcade maxedout S2 for now.
Because of the overdose (17 new cars in 2 days) I got the 10m CR badge. Unfortunately, I’m facing a severe shortage of perks which means tons of driving in freeroam and drifting required this week.
But the dual induction!
Weeps in rally nerd
So what are peoples thoughts on the Giulia TZ2 for online road racing.
Best in B or A Class?
Grip tune, accel tune, power etc.
I’m wondering where it’s going to be most competitive and what kind of build.
I’m currently trying out a B class tune from CORVETTE GS and it’s seems nice.
The TZ2 feels good A class rally car AWD.
Liked B class road.
I really appreciate that they added the touring car parts for the 155 and know this is moaning on a higher level but the more I look at the car it becomes apparent that it looks like a skateboard with these small wheels.
I really wish they would have added a bodykit with larger cut out wheel arches and some fitting wheels instead.
Trigger warning: What is seen can’t be made unseen!!!
Yeah, that Berlinetta V8 swap + CSC is turning these things into rockets.
Same for the ‘86 Lancia with the same swap set-up. A class rally build is really good (off-road tires + kit).
Anybody got a car or tune suggestion to complete the seasonal pr stunts?
599XX Evo with a drag tune made the jump and speed trap trivial. I used the Sesto Elemento FE for the speed zone.
Speed Zone: Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 or Sesto Elemento FE (stock)
Speed Trap and Danger Sign: Lamborghini SVJ with CashlessPlains8 tune (SC: 982244221)
Thanks @Scimmia22!
Thanks @KnightOfRen8514!
Both of these really help!
I never used the parts in FH4 now I know WHY. I would have loved the kit if it was properly made
