This have been going on for me ever since Forza Horizon 3. I can install big DLCs just fine like Blizzard Mountain, Hot Wheels, and Treasure Island. But when I try to install small packs like the Treasure Map I get the following error: “It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account.” This is driving me nuts because I can’t get what I’ve paid for!
The Windows Store page says I own the DLCs, but it won’t read as installed. If I click on a DLC pack I don’t even get the install option but a different option called install on my devices.
What is this all about?!
