I bought the VIP Pass of FM&. But in game I cant use the features of the pass. I have called the Xbox Support 6 times, and they have said, that it is a problem in game an I have to contact Turn 10. I spend 20 euros for the pass and I cant use the pass. PLEASE HELP ME!!! PLEASE!! I tried everything to fix the problem, but nothing fixed the problem. I controlled my Xbox, my NAT-Typ, my server-line…everything. But nothing fixed the issue. I expect a solution from Turn 10. I spend 20 euro and want to use all features of the VIP pass. Please!
What features aren’t working?
Make sure you quit the game (Forza 6). Delete the VIP download. Do a hard reset (holding power button until the brick goes orange) and then re install the VIP from the store. Then try restarting Forza 6. Hope that works for you.

go one further and pull the power plug from the wall until the light goes completely off on the power supply
and make that the VIP pass is actually installed and not waiting to be installed
