yesterday was all ok, could hear the guys in the multiplayer lobby and speak too. today i only see them mic symbols flashing, bit i cant hear them and cant talk to them.
i am using an xbox one headset. skype is working fine.
Maybe you have them blocked or they have you blocked
Blocking only stops communication
It’s not this. It happens even in the middle of the race. You can’t hear the person you were talking with just a few seconds before, but you see his name flashing on the left side of the screen.
Many people encounter this problem in lobbies and nobody is blocking anybody.
-Hey X can you hear me?
-Yeah
-But now I can’t hear Y…
Game chat is broken in this game. It randomly works or it doesn’t. I don’t know of any workarounds. Sometimes it can help to unplug your mic and plug it back in.
It’s been broken since the game launched nearly a year ago.
Theres a 16? participant limit and it gets dicey past that number. Same goes for the party chat too.
