Is that pop-in supposed to be this bad? (series x)

I got a Series X recently and I’ve been playing FH4 the game itself is beautiful, but I’m noticing a lot of immersion breaking texture pop-in and flickering. Does this happen for everyone, or is something wrong with my Xbox? Yup, its supossed to be bad. I dont know about that bad, but yup, even pc users also have this problem, but i think its less noticeable than consoles. Nothing you can do about it, the devs are the ones who need to adress this, but i dont think they will.
