If you got it through the digital store. And say the program will not work as advertised (ie you get booted back to desktop at startup. Or stuttering makes it unplayable) Then Your country should have consumer law protecting you and if you get the ombudsman involved, then you will get a refund, but it will mean you will not be able to get the game again.
Fair enough. My advice was for anyone who wants a refund if product does not work. And there are many of them. MS are still bound by consumer law no matter what anyone says
That certainly wasn’t how your post came across lol, you can ask for a refund for any number of legit reasons so glad you have clarified.
To the OP, if you simply don’t like it but have actually spent time playing it then it is unlikely you will get a refund. They have a free demo which you should have played to get a feel for it of this is the case.
