Can I get a refund?

Hi,

I was wondering if I can get a refund for Forza Horizon 3 which I bought in the microsoft store, and if yes how?
Reason being that the game runs unplayable for me, eventhough my computer meets the minimum requirements.

I guess it all depends on whether the achievements you’ve earned on this game disproves that the game is unplayable as you claim. Beyond level 20, winning championships…not really unplayable?

I guess it all depends on whether the achievements you’ve earned on this game disproves that the game is unplayable as you claim. Beyond level 20, winning championships…not really unplayable?

It may be of help to post this in the PC section, stating what your actual issues are…
