hi everyone today i accidently purchased this forza 6 ultimate in store page BY MISTAKE i didnt know its only playable on XBOX ONE and i dont have an x1 and i dont wanna have 1 now i have wasted my 57$ and dont see A RETURN option anywhere its SO SAD really appreciate someones help thanks before :X
there is NO return policy in msf website its just a number should i call them??!!!there is no email or return request and as mentioned before there isnt a return key in order history HOW CAN I CONTACT MICROSOFT SUPPORT?!!?!

hi Dragnet ,NO i tried it like hundred times and yes im logged in already i have signed to my microsoft account but when i go to the ââââRequest Returnââ" it gives that error message
You can try contacting Microsoft support like others said, but Iâm not sure if they will refund you (unless you have the game already and itâs clear it was a mistake)
Also, I suggest adjusting your x-box settings so you have to type in a passcode before any purchases can be finalized.
hi i dont have a x1 and i didnt use the game the problem was i did it through the store website not store APP in windows and i didnt see the description >>>>
