Is Forza Rewards ripping me off?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, so my apologies if it isn’t.

I logged onto Forza Hub earlier to claim rewards, and when it did, it showed me this:

As you can see, the rewards pane that opened told me that I would be getting 650,000 CR specifically in Forza Horizon 3.

However, when I opened the Message Center in Forza Horizon 3 and navigated to the Gifts section, the message I received tells me otherwise:

According to the message, I would only be getting 100,000 CR instead of 650,000 CR. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a visual glitch in the message, as I indeed only got 100,000 CR upon redeeming the credit reward.

This is the second time this has happened to me, so unless I’m missing something here, I’ve lost over 1 million CR due to some sort of error, I would assume.

Is there something I’m not seeing here? I’ve looked into this screenshot and Forza Hub, and I don’t see anything that indicates that I would only get 100,000 CR. Forza Hub, Forza Horizon 3, and Windows 10 are all fully updated. If someone could shed some light onto this situation and tell me what I’m missing here, then I would gladly appreciate it.

I assume the 650,000cr is the total credits you’ve gotten over time.

No rip off here, 100k is the correct amount. Even a Tier 11 player would only get 500k per week (the highest possible), so 650k must have been how much you’ve claimed since playing FH3.

When it says “650,000” CR total, it means the amount of credits you got in total for all the Forza games you have.

but still it says 650k in horizon 3, he got only 100k

That’s the TOTAL amount he would have got since the game was released if he has claimed every week …not the weekly amount which is what the pic is of
100k is the weekly amount he gets

Your not getting ripped off. You just have to see it that the $650,000 is total since you started using the Rewards Program not what you should be getting every week. Next week or tomorrow should be $750,000+ total tomorrow after you redeem the rewards. I’m a tier 10 and I get $425,000 a week not 5 mil like my total says.

I am only Tier 5 myself, but my rewards page seems to be stuck on the amount remaining to go up to Tier 6, it has been stuck on the same amount since the BM expansion came out, I am right at the end of Tier 5 with 4,748 Forza Score, I have almost completed the BM expansion and played some more FM6 since and I reckon I should be well into Tier 6 by now. However, with one more day to go until the next round of rewards, I still have not gotten any more points on my Forza Score.

I did read somewhere it can take some time for points to register but it seems to be getting a bit longer than most posts I have read say it takes … what is the longest time it has taken you guys?

Also, I have not seen any update to the FH3 total on the rewards page, is this normal? I would have thought the BM expansion would add more to the total for FH3, instead my FH3 dial is maxed out at 3000/3000 but I have not completed all the achievements in the base game yet. If anyone has any ideas or information on what’s going on it would be appreciated.

The BM expansion adds nothing to the rewards score
The achievements for BM are included in the base games score
Expansions haven’t added to it in the past either

It can take anytime from 2 hrs up to 2 weeks or even longer to update rewards scores too

It shows you here as Tier 2. It could be wrong but mine is showing correct.

If you’re talking about the profile display on the left hand side of this screen, it’s likely a glitch. The OP was also shown as Tier 2, but his Forza Hub screenshot shows him as Tier 5.

Thanks for the replies. In hindsight, 650,000 does seem about right when it comes to the total amount of credits I’ve gotten from Forza Hub, though it does puzzle me how they would choose to word it like they did. I’ll have to keep that in mind.
