The 3.7+ million CR is what you’ve earned in total, you don’t get that weekly. Getting 100,000 CR is what you are due for Tier 5

As above, it’s per Forza game.
Even if you don’t own or have the games installed, the credits are still there if and when someone does play.
100k for Forza Horizon 3

100k for Forza Motorsport 6
100k for Forza Motorsport 5

Mine says that from time to time, and even though I know it’s supposed to be an overall total (it’s still inaccurate though) which it usually is, a few weeks ago that huge number actually was gifted to me in Forza 5, Horizon 2 and Horizon 1. I hadn’t checked my gifts for two weeks so I was expecting two gifted credit emails and instead each game gave me somewhere in the 3 million range (Horizon 1 & Forza 4 about 1 million or so because the older games give less rewards. Usually $27000). I doubt it will ever happen again.
