Forzathons are not exactly my favortie feature of the game. Are the cars cool? Heck yes. Are they fair? ehhhh. I can see where turn ten is coming from, I do. but nothing cheeses me more than buying a 60$ game, and not being able to acquire the coolest cars in the game. I wont be able to get an S14 or the Fast and furious car, because I will be caring for my sick grandfather. While I understand that there is a way, I would really like to see all the early forzathons come back for a few weeks for all the players who get the game on christmas, or people in situations such as mine. But besides that, I really have no complaints about the game.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Unicorn cars are bad, unicorn liveries are good.
There’s an easy way for them to remedy this, two in fact. Either move to doing unicorn liveries only, or add the unicorn cars to the base game a few months down the road.

Unicorn liveries is a pretty bad idea mate , am glad we can win special and unique cars. If I don’t win it, well I’ll wait or cash in enough credits to buy one at the AH
But I do agree with your second statement ; a nice (free) last pack or a series of gift would be a great idea

Yeah, let’s just put the cars and horns that people have worked hard to acquire in the base game… might as well put the pre order cars and special liveries in the base game for free too!
It’s not the end of the world if you don’t manage to get one or two cars, there’s another 400+ readily available for purchase… If it’s an absolute must then but one in the auction house… I have several S14’s, Rx7’s, Warthogs etc because I bought them after the events (as well as winning them through Forzathon).

Yes, we should. Because unicorn cars should not be full cars.
I dislike core content being exclusive. Vanity items, sure, not core content. Besides, if the cars are given to everyone 12 months down the line, why would it matter to you? You’d have moved on to the next game by then.
You can get the cars anyway. They are always in the AH. They may cost quite a bit but at least you can get them.

You could have gotten one in Week 5 of the FRC by doing only 1 lap. And you had a full week to do that. The 14th will be the 3rd opportunity to get the S14 so I wouldn’t exactly say it is too hard to get.

I missed the halo one so unfortunately I’m out the unique horns. I did buy a fresh one off of the Auction House. Doubt they will run that one again.
How is this the third opportunity? I’m under the impression there was the first challenge and the second. The one in the car pack is a different year/model of S14. Unless you are referring to the auction house…

You are doing an awful lot of “assuming” here. There is no way that you can predict what the S14 would go for a month from now and you are also assuming that this will be the LAST time you can get one through a comp, which I highly doubt will be true.
So what about the people getting the game later in the holiday season? Not everyone has the game yet. It would be a shame for them to not be able to get the cars. I hope T10 makes the cars available during later forzathon challenges as well.

Why are they entitled to them …it’s a bonus for those who did buy it early at full price and not wait for the discounts
If they want they can always buy them from the auction house
If you start a job in January do you still expect to get the xmas bonus from the year before…no
Its the same with preorder bonuses
Why should those that don’t preorder get them as well

Because it’s core content, and everyone should be able to get all the core content available when they buy it.
I do not agree. Since nothing that is being rewarded as prizes for doing Forzathon events was promised at purchase time and are indeed extra bonuses, I see absolutely nothing wrong with rewarding early adopters of the game with chances for prizes with limited availability. In fact, late adopters, even with VIP do not get prizes that were already awarded. As long as each purchaser of the game receives what was promised at purchase time, that should be the end of the story.

VIP may get previous prizes now. I bought FM5 LCE earlier this year and got all the VIP gifts.
However, ALL of the rewards cars are available for purchase on the AH, granted some in limited availability, so there really is NO excuse or reason to complain for not having them simply due to not having them handed to you as even people who missed the events for whatever reason can receive the content.
If you want the cars badly enough, either find time to do the Forzathon event or find them on the AH. Even VIP paint jobs are available on the AH at this point.
All it takes is effort to obtain the cars. End of story/argument.
