I placed an '82 Volvo 242 Turbo in auction last night and it didn’t sell. Once completed, I reclaimed the car in AH and went to repost it, but it isn’t in my garage. I checked the message and it said it didn’t sell, and then when I check “My Cars” on the pause menu, the total did go up by 1. Just finished counting out the garage and indeed the count is off by one. The car said it was reclaimed, but it isn’t in my garage anywhere. I tried closing and reopening the game, as well as powering down the xbox, unplugging it, then plugging it back in and powering it back on a few minutes later.
Doesn’t bother me all that much, but making a post in case there start to be more reports.
I have a phantom 1994 Nissan Silvia. Reward Car, removed the one in the garage and the game said I still owned one. Not so much of a problem with the increased garage size.
I unlocked the Regalia Type D by buying the 99 points perk in the Regalia’s skills tree. But I didn’t get the message saying the car had been added to my garage.
The car does not show in my garage, but I can access it from the car selection screen before a race. From there I can drive it in free roam mode, apply liveries and tunes. But it does not appear in my garage.
I hope this ghost car won’t be removed from my account since it’s almost impossible to get one in the Auction House.
