Wow, rude to customers much. I have the same issue with my pc, Xbox one x, and Xbox one S, and with Forza Horizon 3 as well as Forza 7. Also, from all the other post on this forum, I would say it was not his problem but Microsofts and Turn 10.
Go to system services (click start, then type services, you will see services with the little cog)
Find service: Windows pushtoinstall service.
Double click it, you will see it is set to manual, Change this to automatic, and push start to start it now.
Now try open Forza 7
This seems to reset its self either after an update to forza or new graphics driver??? Not sure as it is pretty random for me when it happens.
This works for me, I have to manually start the service every time I turn on the PC. Setting it to Automatic doesn’t work, PC reverts back to Manual (Triggered)
I’m giving you the answer Soy. When an app opens and closes right away it is a windowsapps folder permission issue most of the time. This installing an app only gives temporary permission and is not a fix. How many times do I have to post this? Again the too many topics on this cause no one to see the solution. If it works for you guys say so and if it doesn’t also say so. Just be careful and follow the directions and make sure you know where your windowsapps folder is located.
Microsoft community forum on this issue in general. There are various fixes here and you are going to have to weed through this and try a few. It’s really a Windows issue with the Store and not really something Turn 10 can fix. It sucks but just google the problem and you will find a lot of different techniques. Since you did update Windows you need to check that windowsapps folder again. Good luck.
I had this problem today, it turns out it detects riva tuner which is installed by MSI afterburner and closes due to it. (it opens when I close riva tuner, I assume it detects the screen overlay and anti-cheat kicks in)
