Hello, this morning I wanted to play forza horizon 3. But when I launched it, an error message appears saying that my profile is not valid and asks me to delete it from the Xbox interface and Create a new thank you to help me i do not want to lose mez backups. As I am a good player, I do not see what I have done to receive this.

When I run my game forza horizon 3 on my xbox on a error message pops up on the greetings of in announcing that the Profile is invalid and that it must be removed from the Xbox Interface and recreate a new one which me and toi me that or my backups and saved date are corrupted or that I am banned but in thus case I do not see why thank you for helping me please.

Contact Microsoft support via the xbox web page go to support then contact us you will have different support options sellect the one you want to use. I normaly sellect the chat on line if xbox and call if it is the PC. I mostly contact them via the PC when issues with Xbox, they can normaly help you fix most account issues quite quickly. Good luck
