INVALID PROFILE - TURN 10 SUPPORT

Hello,
Recently my account received ‘invalid profile, please delete it from your dashboard’ to my iCloud. I have reinstalled both my game profile and entire game multiple times, in the end my entire profile was lost (not on my account) however i still have the achievements and stats on forza to show that i did complete and reach particular points in the game. I contacted microsoft support and they redirected me to here to contact you guys to trouble shoot and hopfully restore or reimburse the 50 million credits (roughly) i had earn’t in the game over the period of ownership.
I understand this issue is recurring with many players so i would really appreciate if at the least my ingame credits would be restored.
