Intermittent loss of steering at slow speeds since latest update

Fault symptom: intermittent loss of steering input at slow speeds in any car at any track on controller.

Information:
Recently since the latest update I’ve encountered an issue where what ever car I’m driving/racing at slow to mid speed corners I will lose steering input to the car and crash. I’ve saved replays at several tracks and all steering input goes from 12-18 degrees to 0 degrees when entering the corner and it will not turn after at least 10 seconds when stationary. The fault is intermittent and currently I’ve not been able to recreate the fault, it is intermittent.

I’ve restarted my console several times and performed a hard reset which didn’t work. I’ve updated my controller and recalibrated the left joy stick several times and still the same. I’ve tried a brand new official controller which I updated and calibrated the left joy stick and no change. I’ve changed the advanced controller settings and still no change.

Gameplay - Car stops steering left or right and goes straight ahead

Bug Info: since the latest update, in Featured Multiplayer, the car sometimes (at least once a race) stops turning mid corner or before the corner. Controller still works and everything works ingame except going left or right. After a few seconds it works again, but obviously the race is over when you drive straight ahead in the tire barrier. If it’s this issue, it’s a ms controller firmware problem, nothing to do with t10/forza

I found on wheel that feedback can die off momentarily mid corner so I went back to using controller
