Short story: can we choose install location or not?

So I was reading “Forza Horizon 3 Gone Gold” post and I was looking at “Recommended PC Specs”. And one “spec” got me interested, “Available Space 55 GB”.
I have a 1TB HDD that is split into 2 partitions. One is for windows with 100GB and the rest is for everything else. But now I’m wondering if we are going to be able to choose install location for the game.
I have 47GB available out of 100GB, not planning on extending the partition, because it’s not for games (it’s easier for me to find stuff when I know where I put them…)
