It would be great if the next Horizon game increased the number of players on display in Free Roam, maybe from 12, to 24, to 32 players at max. Maybe make the spawn points a bit closer to each other.
Coming from Forza Horizon 5, the map felt large and empty, and the players are all too far apart from each other.
Even if you pull up next to someone, have a bit of tandem drifting session or offroading together, they can disconnect all too suddenly without any warnings. Sure, people can setup a convoy with anyone they want, but still the map feels so blank, sparse, and lifeless, and players usually are all too far apart from each other to give that “lively festivals" feel.
