Incorporate Lap Time into Skill Rating

A player’s pace should be factored into their skill rating. There is a massive range of skill in the 4900-4999 rating range, and the players that do not belong there need to have more appropriate ratings. Player skill should be weighted based on their fastest lap times in comparison to the fastest lap times that have been ran at a specific car/track combo. A single time trial leaderboard for that specific featured multiplayer event would also be good for determining this.

Currently, the lobbies don’t seem to have skill rating factored in correctly for matchmaking. There have been multiple lobbies running at once where 1-2 players are 5+ seconds a lap faster than everyone else, so those players from each of those lobbies should be grouped together if they’re playing at the same time.
