Uninstall GeForce driver + HD + 3D drivers and reboot PC.
Press F8 (legacy boot menu only) after BIOS logo/message and choose SAFE MODE

After DDU, reboot to NORMAL MODE, install GeForce driver and must choose “custom installation” button for uncheck NVIDIA HD audio driver and 3D and maybe choose restart PC. Enjoy! 
Optional: disable or remove bad or conflict sound driver.
Not working for me. Already tried that.
Someone said in another topic to disable your microphone in FH7 settings, and set it at 60hz.

I was testing… Do NOT uncheck CPU core/thread 0 working 100% using for avoid stutters!!! 
59.94Hz and then 60.00Hz but still no any stutters.
Do you mean that 59.94Hz stutters and 60.00Hz does not stutter?
Both. And more between 59.00Hz and 115Hz - no any stutters. I tested 50Hz but the Turn 10 intro cutscene is very slow.
