I’m trying to preinstall the game, but I can’t cause it says my xBox One Series X is not compatible.
Any solution??? I have enough space.

The Xbox One models are not supported for the new Forza Motorsport. The only solution is upgrading to a new Xbox Series console.
But my console is a Series X. In the icon of the download, is the logo of the series X.
Xbox One Series X is not the same as Xbox Series X. The One Series is not supported.

There is no Xbox One Series S|X. It’s an Xbox Series S|X or an Xbox One S|X.
If you own an Series S|X is it updated? There was an bug in MS Store that prevented people from downloading games with compatible hardware. But think it was fixed back in April/May
Ok the workaround was not using the GamePage of the store.
On your Series S|X goto Games & Apps > Library > Owned and install from there
If you own One S|X > Xbox Support
