Hello everyone, since today for some unknown reasons I’m not getting anymore the double money from VIP wheelspins, and the VIP logo is also disappeared. I know that VIP or not when you buy a WS you lose your VIP status, but i lost it also in the leveling-up spins. Has that happened to anyone? Any suggestions for fixing the problem ASAP? I’m 319 level now so slowly but surely WS are becoming more rare, that’s why i don’t want to waste the double money I PAID (with freaking €) for. Thanks everyone.
Double check your vip is still installed under manage game for horizon 3
Also try hard resetting your console properly as well

I’m having the same problem but on PC. VIP was working fine until suddenly it stopped doubling my wheel spins. Apparently it is not installed on my system, it says I need to pay to download it when I already have.
Did you find a fix for this? I have been having the same problem for about 5 months now. Can’t even get a response from Microsoft.

One thing you can try is trigger the VIP if it is asking you to buy again sellect the buy option let the payment option window open and then cancel it this can some times help to trigger the content to reconise it has been payed for. If it works install the VIP.
Did you go to Manage Game like Talby said? You can just reinstall it from there.
