Launch day pack? The three cars. I assume these will come with day one physical copies? I refuse to go digital.
Erm, then there’s VIP. And then the car pass. The car pass doesn’t include VIP does it? Or does it? We will need to buy both the car pass and the VIP pass?
And is VIP only going to be available to buy via MS Store? It doesn’t come with any of the retail copies?
VIP is unrelated to the Season Pass, and the Day One Car Pack should either be packaged in Day One Edition copies of the game or handed out as a pre-order code by your retailer.
I’m not sure how they’re doing it but it’s definitely not digital-only.
VIP and car passes may be sold at retailers but it’ll be through a code you’ll have to redeem on the MS Store anyway.
The pre-order car where I’m getting it from is the Ferrari California.

They already announced the clio and land rover as being in the game…but now they are a seperate pack? So we have to pay to get them or not?

It’s a separate pack but there is no charge for it. If you look at in the ms store it is marked free.
Right oh, just checking now that’s what i thought, once again, the wording and all those dollar bill signs next to article stuff threw me off lol.
If VIP works anything like FM5, I wouldn’t waste your money on it.

If it’s free…why not just include the cars into the game straight away…without having to download them seperately? What is actually the point? Whose not going to want to download a free car pack? Just include it in the game already.
I really don’t know what the hell they are thinking seperating the cars up…did they not make the “gold” deadline to be shipped on disc or something? That would make sense if so, but if so, why not just tell us this?
Not complaining, just doesn’t make any sense why they’ve done it this way with the “launch pack” :S.
It may have been a time thing, cars they were excited to include but didn’t have time to build into the main game without holding up the game going gold. Bear in mind, the LaFerrari pack was a paid day one DLC, so we should be considered lucky! Also, I will be going for VIP for the Donkervoot and Mercury… Amazing additions!
