I was wondering if I buy the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 3 Digital download on my home xbox, if other accounts on my xbox would be able to access the benefits as well as myself?
Any information on this would be appreciated 
If i buy forza horizon 3 ultimate edition on one account will i get the benefits on my other account

Don’t know about this game but other games don’t normally allow it. The perks are downloaded as additional files and apply to one account, rather than being part of the main game, which can be used on all accounts on the same console.
I don’t believe it will because I’m pretty sure that the VIP, Car Pass ect. counts as single use codes for what ever account the game is purchased on. Just like a hard copy, you would get the codes in the case. Except they are automatically entered.
Don’t take my word for it because I am not entirely certain myself, but that is just my guess.
DLC will download and be playable along with anything else the home xbox gamertag downloads. The other accounts will not receive the VIP but again will get the car pass and future car packs to use.
The DLC will be available free for the purchasing account but other accounts on your Xbox will have to buy the cars with in game credits. Any subsequent in game purchases of the DLC cars for the purchasing account will also have to pay in game credits.

My problem is that i will pre-order forza horizon 3 ultimate edition and me and my friend share games will he have the ultimate edition too??

If I remember correctly these days you won’t have the VIP anymore though game sharing if another account tries to access your content. I know I once did it with a buddy a long time ago for Forza Horizon 2, and he had the content, but he didn’t have the VIP crown by his gamertag. He also didn’t have access to the VIP wheelspins either. Now, I think it won’t register at all for Forza Horizon 3. Your friend would have to purchase the VIP membership on his own in order to access any of the benefits I think. I wouldn’t know about Forza Motorsport 6 because I never game shared with anybody after Forza Horizon 2.
Hi! If I buy the ultimate version of the game in my account,the others accounts of my Xbox One have the DLCs or Motorsport pack too?
They will have access to the DLC packs but wont get them for free in game
No access to the VIP perks either…only the dlc cars

In Horizon 2 I own the Ult edition, whatever it was called.
My friend gets the game, and all the DLC cars. HOWEVER. Since I own the game all the DLC cars that get added are FREE to buy ONCE but my friend does not have that option he must pay full price. Also he does not get the VIP benefits like I do, such as double earning on SPIN TO WIN.

Here’s an interesting little counterpoint for everyone.
I bought the ultimate edition of FH2 shortly after it came out. My console has been set as my Home console this whole time. Just as many of you have responded, my wife, whom I share my Gold account with, could use the DLC but she did not have the VIP perks. She had to pay for the cars that I got once for free, she was not receiving double rewards on the wheelspins, etc. But the DLC content was fully playable.
Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. Her game save got stuck trying to sync (for a second time now), so she decided to start over. Now, we BOTH HAVE FULL VIP PERKS.
I don’t recall seeing any updates come through. Nothing was out of the ordinary except for her having to restart her game from the very first event. But she’s consistently getting double rewards and she’s picked up a number of free cars that she’s wanted for a while now.
Maybe something was changed and it’s a sign of things to come? I don’t know, but I have my fingers crossed.
Hey my brother and me use family Sharing.
I bought the ultimate Edition and he can Download the Main Game But VIP etc not.
Is it possible that he get the dlcs? Thanks for answer
Go onto your brothers Xbox One (assuming separate Xbox) and load up your account and follow these steps at Xbox Support
It should then let everything you download go to his, including dlc etc. Once you’re back on your console it will still let you download your game, dlcs etc as well.
Thanks for the quick answer. My account is connected and Home console at my Brothers Xbox. He can Download the Basic Game forza horizon 3 but not the dlcs thats the problem. At his Xbox Store there you can read: “not available”
Have you tried going to “my games and apps” and then checking under “ready to install”? It may show up there.
