The anti cheat message is not a ban - it is a corrupt profile and is often caused by people trying to copy their save. Delete the save and you should be good - however you will be starting again.
being Flagged by the anti-cheat mechanism usually can be caused either by attempting to copy a gamesave or if you have the save on the cloud the wrong save gets selected (Always take the most recent and you shouldn’t have a problem). There is a Time stamp on every save and if your account attempts to sign in at a different time of that time stamp it will automatically trigger the flag
your game save being flagged is not a Ban from Turn 10 however it has been invalidated from using a number of features. The only way to correct this is to delete the save and start over. All your designs and tunes that are saved will still be saved as they are in a separate file but you will lose all progress.
