I must say…

after this update my game crashes like every other race smh. Edit: it crashes literally every lobby I enter now smh….Imagine driving in a lobby for 20 mins and tuning your car just for you to get stuck at the applying tune prompt… this is so frustrating because it seems like it’s happening more frequently. if that doesn’t happen my speedometer goes blank and doesn’t show my MPH, not only that my lap times wont show either. I’ve never ever played a game so buggy in my life, not to say that there hasn’t been worse. This is just my personal experience.

To be fair, I haven’t experienced a single crash or freeze since I started with early access. I didn’t say it doesn’t happen; I’m just sharing my experience.

As I’m typing this, it happened again. :joy: Literally the second lobby I’ve joined, this keeps happening. Last night it crashed on me right at the intermission sequence.

Yes, I’ve this now & again in the Xbox S. Mostly when I switch cars within rivals or when exiting the livery editor. That kind of thing.

I decided to not tune just so I’d be able to race and then right after I finished my qualifying laps my game force closed LMAO. I’m on Xbox series X in performance mode. This is nuts man

I have a couple crashes as well. And yes, it is definitely frustrating.

Lucky you

I was an hour in on a complex vinyl, got myself an instant dashboard lost the vinyl. Back to using FH5 editor then import, they’ve gone backwards with the editor compared to FH5 lacking editor.

I get regular crashes on Series X when doing anything tune or livery related.

No crashes during offline races so far, but regular freezes in so many different scenarios when trying to play online. Usually it happens when trying to join the lobby, but it already happened twice during the race - suddenly disconnected and back to main menu. To be honest 1/3 of the times when I wanted to play online, I was not able to.

@RellGMan I had not had a crash on my Xbox Series X since day 1 of the early release, until this week’s patch. Now I am starting to experience them, especially when trying to update the performance of a car.

Sorry to hear that, that’s rough.

If they were I’m sure it’s due to the game being on gamepass

Same here, hopefully they roll out another patch sooner than later, although It seems like restarting xbox helps so far.

I restarted my xbox, seems to have helped thus far

Thats what I mean though. They have to account for gamepass anyway. They’re using MS servers. Means it cant be capacity capped like some games run into at launch. It cant be a server overload. Its possibly a profile error.

Have you done a check cache? Or verify on xbox?

No I haven’t, I’ll check into it next time I get on. It seems that restarting my system somewhat made it more stable.

Same. Intermission counter gets stuck at 1 second. I left it there and did something else, when i came back i was sitting at the starting line. Tested it, takes 3 to 5 min to finally get to the race, and then there are only 6 to 10 other drivers.
