I hate Forza Drivers Cup

Then don’t run it. Also, your thread title is misleading by your own PS. post.

I loved the cup much more than 5 o 6’s “story mode” I guess I enjoyed the unlocking stuff and getting done with it all unlocked secret ones. Reminded me of 4 a bit, which definitely helped! lol

Eh, I enjoyed it better than forza 6, and much more than forza 5 which I couldn’t even complete because it bored me to death.
I feel that the length of this one was good, and that 100%ing it wasn’t such a big task like past games (or at least it feels like it). Although I could SERIOUSLY do without those offroad divisions, no idea why they’re in a game without any offroading at all!
EDIT: I also don’t really like the fact that class racing is still completely absent from the career as it was with forza 6. Was a nice breath of fresh air racing in at least one restriction-free event once in awhile. Could just be because I prefer class racing over homologated racing though.

That rain thing is silly indeed.

Most annoying races were on Sebring and other fast tracks without any serious curves/turns, where AI does its own “thing”. Division wise I struggled most with F1 and Indy cars - again mostly because of that ridiculous AI.

Overall the career mode is so… flat… boring. Like doing a single player races, but with points. I wish the future Motorsport titles would have something similar to what the GRID series had (teammates, sponsors, goals, cars to choose from, races to choose from, actual progression etc).

How so? Rain is a prominent feature in motorsport. I fail to see people’s gripes with it.

Because there are too many rainy race days in the career mode, which is silly. A dry weather is more prominent feature in motorsport and usually the feature aimed towards to.
