Sometimes I can’t collect the vehicle gifts (not the kind that players give to each other) in the message center. Usually, when I download a gift, the corresponding message disappears and the vehicle is added to the garage. However, at the end of May this year, when I downloaded vehicle gift A (CUPRA Tavascan Concept 2022), the message for gift A was still there and the one for gift B (CUPRA Formentor VZ5 2021) disappeared, while vehicle A was added to the garage and vehicle B was not. So I couldn’t download vehicle gift B. I had to go to the auction house and buy one. This is the second time I encountered this situation and I am missing one more vehicle: Hoonigan GYMKHANA 9 Ford Focus RS RX 2016, unfortunately no one is selling this vehicle on the auction house.

I have the same issue and i also cannot send gifts either i have done it before but its not working for some reason always comes up with somthing went wrong car has been added to your garage
