can’t simply just exchange it for another as the store i bought it from is closing in a week and they do not exist anywhere else in the state nor country?

so there is no way to contact turn 10 or would i just hit up xbox for said issue?
It isn’t T10 who can help you - does it say they have been used or are they not working?
If they say used then the retailer should be the one to sort you out (going out of business is no excuse). If they just aren’t working then Xbox Support is your best bet.

Have you tried other permuatations? Like B and 8 and the like. If not call Xbox support - the code may have expired too.
i think they have expired. they had a 360 bin of new games on sale and i sat there going through each game taking it out lol and i found one forza 4 it was really dusty.
Could be - you could try xbox support and see if they can sort it out for you.
