Yea, I’m also in the same boat. I purchased mine on the 19th. So I would assume that very little of it would have to do with the lizard attacks.
It was definitely not working before the recent Lizard squad attacks. It’s nit been updating for over a week for me.

My Forza Hub on Xbox One and here on the Forza Hub site does not update when i play Horizon 2. I have a lot of achievements. 48 cars in garage only shows 15, 40/45 bucket list complete, ect, I have no idea what is the problem. Can anyone help or direct me/us who to contact ?
I’ve been having the same problem. It seems that it’s not tracking my horizon 2 progress at all. I can’t find much about it except a few forum posts.
Allready a week without an update for me. Happened before for me that I had to wait days before it got an update.
Hopefully they fix it soon, otherwise is the Forza hub useless.
This is rather annoying for me, as today I expect to get to next ‘level’ and I’d kind of like the reward upgrade before it ticks over to next month… the actual stats are tracking, but the points are not being recalculated.

Hi guys, Just got an Xbox one with horizon 2 and downloaded the forza Hub. Got some messages welcoming me and saying I had been rewarded some cars, one of which was a McLaren 650s. When I ipen the hub it hasn’t acknowledged any of my game progress or the rewards. Do I need to verify the account or anything or is anyone else experiencing such problems? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
For the past week or so, there seems to be some issues surrounding the servers which manage Forza Rewards. With another holiday week coming up, it may be several more days before maintenance is performed; otherwise, you’ll just have to wait out the server. There is nothing you can do on your end.
I’m having the same problem.
I started playing H2 at least a week before the lizard squad crap, and nothing is counting in my Hub.
The same thing is happening to me. I am grinding the last bit to tier 7 and it’s not calculating points. I drove the 2000 miles to max out the distance, I hit driver level 100 to get max points for driver level plus a few other point earners but they are not adding to my points and tier level.
Any ideas how to fix this or if the hub is busted and they will fix it?

Nothing wrong with the HUB - it is the Rewards program that is having issues and I would expect T10 to get to it soonish - like when they are back from the Christmas break.
Me to, playing from 20 December, already got 50/50 ultimate passes and nothing showing up
Really hoping they get this fixed soon. If my Horizon 2 points would show up I would move up a Tier. I only need 115 points to get to Tier 5 and I have about 1400. Huge credit payout difference between Tier 4 and 5…
Same problem for me as well. Just thought I’d throw my name in the hat too. At least its not just me. My stats are close to correct when I flip to details but its not giving me any points as others have said.
Same here. Achievements and days played weren’t updated in the last days. XB1 version of the game. Plus, the main hub says I have 10’711 points. If I check the friends list, my score is lower (10’640 or something near that). Not a big deal for me, but It should be fixed especially for people that are close to the next tier and want better rewards.
I just got the game for Christmas, and like you all, I have yet to get any reward points for my play in the game.

Same here, been playing like crazy, lots of achievements, lots of dlc bought, all perks unlocked, and nothing updating on the hub. Can anyone help on this?

I’ve had FH2 for a couple weeks now and for some reason in Forza hub, it won’t update. It has 0 days played … Everything is 0. Is there a way to fix this so I can move up in tiers? Thank you in advance.
