My forza rewards points haven’t been updating,for example even though It shows I have all perks unlocked it doesn’t give me points for it. It hasn’t updated in about 2 days.

I’m having the same problem. Discovered all roads on Horizon 2 but only received 82/200 points, amongst other missing points.
Mine are like this too, but it’s only the totals that aren’t updating. When I drill down, I see that the totals for the individual stats are up-to-date, but adding those stats up comes up to less than the “total”. At right now.
How long has it been this way for you?
Same issue here, it is updating within the game stats but not adding to my total points. I am 29 points away from the next tier and its very frustrating!!

I’ve the very same problem. For example, the number of days played is 50 but I only have 470 points

Same here. The achievements are showing up on the Xbox One and in the details under the Forza points, but the points seem to be stuck. I’d say it’s been about 4 days since I noticed it, but it might have been longer. It’s happening for both Forza 5 and Storm Island.
I think I’ve got enough points in the cue to go up a level so I’m hoping to see them counted before the monthly time clock runs out.
Similar issue. This started around Dec 18. The achievements are showing as completed. In the details section of the rewards page for Forza Horizon 2, my achievements show 890/1000 gamerscore, yet on the score tab it only shows 373/500 points. It should show 445 /500 points. I’m guessing this is why my Forza Horizon 2 total points have not updated since Dec 18.
I’m having the same issues as above. Also, I can’t seem to redeem any of my rewards.
Same issue here, with both Forza 5 and Horizon 2.
My Forza Hub on Xbox One and here on the Forza Hub site does not update when i play Horizon 2. I have a lot of achievements. 48 cars in garage only shows 15, 40/45 bucket list complete, ect, I have no idea what is the problem. Can anyone help or direct me/us who to contact ?
Same issue, got FH2 last week and have made a lot of progress, yet the hub shows 0 points. Hub has frozen all my stats for about two weeks. :l
Mine haven’t updated for more than a week.
My son who just started playing on Christmas also hasn’t updated. He’s still stuck at 10 points from Forza 3 on the Xbox 360.
FYI - While Forza Motorsport 3 is part of the Forza Rewards program and should update with respect to your son’s progress, the Xbox 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 is not eligible for Forza Rewards.
“Xbox 360 players will not receive Forza Rewards credits or cars. In addition, progress in the 360 version of Forza Horizon 2 does not count towards your Forza Rewards Tier Level score. Only progress in the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2 will count towards your overall Forza Score (and Tier Level) in Forza Rewards.” Source.

I’m having a similar issue. I got Horizon 2 and I’ve been playing it a lot.
None of my stats are showing for the tier points.
I can’t find an answer to this problem anywhere.
Same issue. On the cusp of hitting the next tier and none of my progress is being updated on any games Xbox1 FH2 and FM5. I really hope they get this fixed before the next months rewards hit.

I’m stuck on my current tier.
I’ve successfully completed a few of the things on the checklist, but they aren’t registering on the hub. They all still say 0 out of however many points.
