Not judging you but it does sound a lot like AFK racing. If all you’re doing is holding a button down - which to be fair you could just prop a handy object on - bit like rubberbanding a controller.
But was your goal just to get all the cars/ credits?
I genuinely don’t get the rush - plus if I’m not actually going to drive the thing - why worry about whether I own it or not. Everybody is different and has different priorities I guess.
Hands up I did hire a drivatar for some of the endurance races on one of the early motorsports - more often than not they’d lose and I’d end up running the race myself eventually.
If the forza teams do have data on everything we do and more people are doing stuff like this - got to wonder what the game will be like in a few more iterations - just a movie of cars going round without us having to do anything and cars and credits added to a garage we don’t go in lol.
I didn’t intend on critizing you or what not. To be fair you could have created a livery. I just know that if someone currently has hundreds of millions of credits that there’s a high chance that used the afk exploit when it was very advantageous to do so. At the end of the day though it really doesn’t matter if someone used this exploit or not. Contrary to what some believe it really has no impact on other players. I’m actually surprised they spent so much effort trying to patch the exploit opposed to major bugs and issues that still exist.
Very low, just can’t get into this version like I did past versions.
If they are lucky, I might clock an hour a day except on Thursday when I complete the playlist. It just feels like I’m repeating fh4 with a different skin.
I had a major increase (x4) from FH to FH2 and a marginal increase from FH2 to FH3 however there is a slight drop from FH3 to FH4 because there was absolutely no online multiplayer racing that me and my friends could enjoy!
My game time with FH5 may come to an “END” soon!! Myself and my friends just have no interest in continuing with FH5 as long as the servers remain on for FH3 and FM7!!!
Just pointing out how differently one person’s game is to another. I could spend more time doing drifty smash just to acquire skill points to unlock more car masteries - then wheel spins/ credits etc - which will in turn lead me to have more credits and cars.
But for now, I have more than enough cars and not felt short of credits either to build and tune cars to run rivals with. I also don’t particularly enjoy drfiting but it is an integral part of gaining skill points quickly - If I do feel that I need some, five or ten minutes in a formula drift will net me more than a whole evening’s running laps.
It’s why we see some posts from people saying this game throws cars and credits at you and others going wut lol.
Don’t even get me started on painting - the chances or getting a paint noticed and sufficient downloads to compensate for the hours you put in to it these days is criminal. I recall a few games back one of the forza titles promised that you could play your way and be rewarded - unless you are a phenomenally talented painter/ have an established following - you can forget about that from painting.
