How to FIX ERROR CODES (0x64),(0x1002) in launching forzahorizon 5

I have the same problem with Forza horizon 5 again

That is, errors again: (0x64), (0x1002), (0xc0000005) only when I entered the game through the administrator
No bat file or anything is helping me anymore
Everything was fine yesterday and now the same error codes, if anyone has found a new way please let me know
