Who knows how to start a car club? I’ve been trying to figure this out for the past half hour and have gotten no where.
You need to progress far enough into the single player to unlock the club feature.
Once you get to the first award show you may do car clubs. You may join sooner with an invite from someone in the club though.
The first award show is after 3 different locations on the road trip.
