how can i start a car club i like to start one
Finish your third championship event (if you haven’t already), attend the awards ceremony at the Horzion Festival, then press start and select the “Clubs” tab. There you find an option to create a club.

Make sure and check out the club Lounge on the forums. You can find plenty of clubs there or start a thread for your own club.
