I know it’s kind of a stupid question, but how do I change the quick chat messages?

Press Pause, find the tile that says Quick Chat.
Pick the 4 phrases you want for each mode.

How do you select other things to say with the quick chat feature. I’ve unlocked a bunch of sayings but can’t figure out how to use them.
There’s a small “Quick chat” box on the bottom left on the ‘Home’ screen I think, in the pause menu. Select that and you can customise quick chat for free roam, races, and playground games.
Does anyone know if there a quick chat on forza horizon 4 from back to the future where we going we don’t need roads if so what event and level for it could not find even the lock section in quick chat if so please help would be awesome to have that thanks

People actually use the quick chat?
IT’s new to Horizon, I’ve used it in Rocket League, it’s actually a good way to settle petty “you hit my, so I’ll push you into a tree” arguments. Bit stupid having 400 chat quotes, and only 4 buttons to use them with, it would be nice if it was like Rocket League, one press would open chat, then 4 options of another 4 options, giving you 16 choices. I’ve noticed no one uses it for a while, then one person does, then 11 others forgot it was there, then people never shut up.
