How many hidden items will be in the game?

In Horizon 2 I loved searching for barns and signs. Will there be more hidden / collectible items in 3?

As far as signs go, there most likely will be. The first two had them, after all. There already is “Danger Signs” shown in some leaked gameplay/screenshots, so at a minimum that. I can’t say as to whether or not there will be XP/Discount signs like in the last one. We’ll have to wait and see there.

Edit: Danger signs can’t actually be hit, lol. I only realized that now. They’re more akin to Speed Traps and Speed Zones.

Barn finds etc in F1/FH2 were not enough, I hope there a lot more to find.

Same. Barn finds are definitely a great feature. I just hope if there’s a treasure map that you can select what you want to show and what not. Signs are too many and I just love the convenience of the treasure map, but I would not want it to tell me where all the barns are.
