I have tried to do this and the only place I can even get into those places is the Tag section of multiplayer and in that mode it wont let me take pictures ??? So how do I get Photo mode on the other Airfield sections ???
Go into test drive section and when you click the test track it will bring up all the variants of the track 
I would never of thought of that … perhaps I dont tune enough … or when I do I only do drag and use top gear to test it … THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH

I take all my photos in Test Drive. It’s just easiest way to get to a certain part on the track and take pictures the quickest. In previous Forza games you could take a pic of 2-16 different cars doing exactly what you wanted by saving a replay in private match. There is still no update for replay saves yet there’s a section made for it. We shall see
