How Do You Access Telemetry ?

I can’t seem to find telemetry like in Forza 4… What do you select on the game pad to get it?

up or down but it does not work in replays

Found out I had to change the controller settings. D pad was set to steering. Tuned it off and magically I now have telemetry!
