How do people unlock vinyl groups?

I’m trying to improve my painter status so I uploaded one of my designs and the very next day someone took that design and flipped it horizontally and uploaded it to their storefront. Can everybody do that or is it a glitch? I took everything down that I uploaded so i don’t get any more of my designs stolen.

The persons GT is Stoic56 and he somehow unlocked my spiderman vinyl. I can prove I made it because I posted on the forums when I made it in FM6 See Here

I checked his storefront i don’t see the spiderman design on his storefront. You can find his profile/storefront by searching his name in the vinyl group search.

If you search “spiderman” under the vinyl groups they show up on the first page.
