How do i claim my copy of FH3 on PC

I preordered FH3 Ultimate Edition, and from what i understand, it came with a copy of FH3 for both Xbox AND PC. How do i go about claiming my PC copy?

If it was the digital edition you get one copy that is attached to the gamertag that bought it and is shared between the 2
You can play on either your xbone or windows 10 PC but not both at the same time

I preordered from gamestop.com and i used the code on xbox, but when i go on the windows store on the same account that i use for my xbox it wants me to buy the game, i cannot install the game

You dont go to the windows store to get it
Go to the windows 10 store app and go to downloads and updates and download from there
