How this can go so wrong ? all the other FM are okish but this is terrible on my T300 and on my T GT 2. I’ve tried a lot of settings and still behaves like a goat. I feel that I overpayed a lot on this game and force feedback is laizy and not finished by the devs. Take a look at AC or ACC where you just set some basic forces strenght and thats it the game actually handles FFB. I dont need to tweak and find all the settings for FFB on a game that costs this much.
The thing is Thrustmaster T GT and T GT 2 and not supported by default. BTW the wheel list is lame and for maybe 10-15 years ago should be fine … but the real problem is that FFB is not tweaked correctly for neither of those wheels. The basicaly put some default settings that maybe match a 360 controller !!! I dont want or need to tweak a gazzillion settings. I just need pure and raw FFB that is correct and I only need to adjust its force according to my wheel so I dont clip. I dont understand how a game of this price can have all these problems …
First the game creates a profile (that opens a silly confirm prompt) I’m at 30-40 ?!?! just for tyring to map controls. Sometimes it forgets that I’ve mapped the controls and this way I have 100 presets which I only need 1 (exactly one) from that silly list.
Then it slaps me with a FPS limiter on PC !!! that is half my refresh rate for some odd reason…
Then I get non sense FFB that is good for Mario Kart maybe
And for all this I payed a LOT …
Very dissapointed very !
This topic will be deleted for sure but HONESTLY I feel like I’ve payed a LOT of money for an ARCADE game that is supposed to be played with a controller at best …
On top off all these problems they expect me to level up and race cars individually for upgrades that is SOOOO FUNNY and maybe take me 100 years to get all or PAY for more
This is unbelievable … I’ve bought al FM games but this THIS is the end for me.
Also this game SHOULD have at least offer VR support in 2024 for PC !!! but this is another topic since MS killed VR along Kinect along Xbox and so on …
