Just seen a photo of a 32 Ford 5 Window. A nice yellow one. Not saying who or where they are from…and Achievements have been earned from the HW expansion.
For me, the Hot Wheels branding is largely incidental. The tracks could be textured like highways as far as I’m concerned. The key feature is racing on extreme/stunt tracks - which was a predictable direction for this expansion to go… I certainly don’t mind a few fantasy vehicles along with it (or in general, for that matter) but there are a number of prototypes I’d rather have as long as they’re skirting a bit farther from reality - like some of the gas turbine Firebirds. Of course, a number of Hot Wheels are based on such prototypes.
Quick question when all the fans of Hot Wheels get wind of this HW game, that have not played Horizon before, and go wow holy droppings I got to have that, and buy the game. How far in to the main game will they have to play before they can progess to the HW map? And just how much bat droppings will that cause on the forums, when they realise they can not access the HW section till they have completed so much of the base game? Dose any one have any idear about this?

I wouldn’t think there’d be many people buying the game just to buy and play the Hot Wheels expansion. And anyone who’s that big of an idi… er, fan… will almost certainly have played the last actual full on Hot Wheels game on the XBOX, compared to which playing any amount of FH3 while having a red hot poker jammed in their eye before getting to the Hot Wheels stuff would still be a welcome change.
You mean there is actuall a Hot Wheels game on Xbox, did not know that, I know about trackmania and the table top racing, actuall have both of them. But had no idear ther was an actual Hot Wheels game. Is it game on demand?

I’m glad I didn’t buy the expansion pass now. This is the dumbest expansion to a driving game of all time.
They said there would only be two expansions and they waste one of them on this garbage? I want to drive in realistic environments which Forza has always excelled at. I’m not interested in plastic looking loops and stupidly suspended paths. I can’t even call them tracks because they absolutely are not that. There’s a new barn find. Is it in a barn made of Lego blocks?
I wouldn’t pay $1 for this. They couldn’t even pay me to add it to what, until now, has been an awesome game.

Where did they say there would only be two expansions? Just because the description for the pass says it includes two doesn’t mean there’ll only be two. Let’s not forget the Car Pass says it includes 6 car packs, but there’s always packs released after it runs out.

Is there any realistic estimate of the time of the release? Same time as the car packs are usually released? (around noon UTC or do I remember wrong?)
I imagine we will find out more tomorrow while they broadcast gameplay

I don’t think it was meant as a jab. At least it wasn’t when I said it some pages ago.
It just seems that HotWheels is/was a lot more popular in the US compared to Europe. I know when I grew up HW existed here in Belgium, but they weren’t bought a lot by the people I knew back then.
Matchbox and Majorette were much more popular.
As far as I can see from the comments/reactions, that was/is different in the US where HW seems to be a lot more popular. There will of course be quite a lot of people who bought Matchbox as well as it is a huge brand as well.
