I fear it is that they have their plan and are indeed sticking to it - despite how far down the tubes it’s heading.
They try to give the impression that they want feedback but that has only come so far in pointless and completely biased polls where they ask for feedback for the game but only offer responses that are skewed towards what they want to hear instead of offering a set of honest and accurate opinions that might help point them in the right direction.
The recent polls show this and even when they ask for feedback on ticket issues, they get solved before you get a chance to respond.
I believe that they will never get back over the U-Bend and onto the floor to start resolving issues till they start listening to factual responses.
