Horizon 2 Freezing Xbox One

I bought Horizon 2 last week and all i have been able to do is drive to the festival and the first race but not actually part take in the race due to my game constantly freezing.

It freezes my screen and engine noise in a loop but the radio is still playing clearly then my xbox will crash

the game seems amazing and i actually want to play but i am not able to?

Is there going to be a patch/update anytime soon?

and yes i have tried the hard reset and the power saving mode, and nothing has changed it.

it freezes as i drive and the odd time it won’t even get past the loading screen.

any answer would be lovely from MicroSoft or Trun10

I had a similar issue at launch where it would freeze loading the First showcase event.

Check to make sure everything has installed 100%. I’m having similar issues right now with AC Unity where it freezes the console on loading screens if it even makes it into the game.

how do i check if its 100% installed?

I’ve heard people re installing it and it not changing?

After winning my 3 series and it sends me to the festival it has now froze 3 times.
