I keep seeing some people mention DLC’s, I thought it was confirmed there will be no micro transactions?? Whatever cars that are in game would be available on release day, no?

We have seen a few cars with “Download” icons next to them in gameplay videos of the menus. That is why we’re speculating that they are DLC- it’s not too much of a stretch. They’re most likely part of a VIP pack of some sort.

The “no microtransactions” quote was probably in the context of “no tokens”, which is just fine by me.

Yea thats what im thinking, DLC will always be play a part of Forza.

Yeah, that makes sense. I never use the tokens option anyway. As long as we don’t have to buy any packs to unlock cars (excluding VIP) I am fine. It drove me nuts to see a car I wanted only to see you had to actually buy it or even worse the entire car pack.

Well, expect there to be DLCs beyond a VIP pack, without a doubt. There might still be cars you’ll have to buy the whole pack to unlock.

EDIT: OP updated. We already knew 8 out of the 14 cars revealed this week, although the selection of cars makes up for that IMO.

I for one would like to point out that the “1968 hurst olds” is in FACT a 1969 hurst olds they both look completely different from 1968 to 1969 front and rear. google it.

On a thread that has just been locked, someone said that there were too many old cars. Yeah, right. The old cars put the diversity of cars in the game, and not just the supercars in NFS or the countless number of 90’s Japanese cars in Gran Turismo.
