There is a Horizon 2 Car List.

Can’t wait for that Jeep!

Need new line up tired of same cars with same paint glitches since forza 2

You would think that they are rescanning and rebuilding all the cars these same silly glitches wouldn’t pop up again, but here we are.

A lot of the cars make appearances game after game because they are popular and people like them. I’m definitely excited to see the remaining cars because there are a lot of cars I’ve seen in FM4, FM5 or the first Horizon that are not on the list.

going to go by the limb here and say that any car that was not in Forza Motorsport 5, we will not be seeing in any new game. I miss the S13/S14.

The Renault Alpine is going to be rather cool though. But the list to me is already kind of disappointing.

Also why do I have that feeling that the car wishlist threads are rather pointless?

actually that isn’t true, they will continue the Re-model every car they can from Forza 4 onto Horizon 2 and future Forza games I’m sure of it.

A 1945 Jeep? And a VW Micro Bus!? Take My Money Now!!

The new cars are interesting, but not groundbreaking. The list is extremely similar to Forza 4 and Horizon 1. LaFerrari is a Forza 5 car, but so far not many new vehicles or model years to the game.

Willys MB and a Kombi…hmmm

Nice to see the first 100 is the same 100 we have in forza 5. Hmmmmmm??? With exception of the 1973 Renault Alpine A110 1600S,2009 Vauxhall Corsa VXR,1945 Jeep Willys MB,1963 Volkswagen Type 2 De Luxe,1954 Jaguar XK120 SE. #Really Disappointed

YES! Yes. Finally we get the A110. Riiiight in time to put it through its paces on some of the most beautiful driving roads in the world. The Willys and the Typ-2 are welcome additions too, of course, and I am really glad to see the XK back in the game, but I am a sucker for vintage, small-engined European machinery. Can we haz an Abarth Bialbero too?

P.S. what were you people expecting? There’s only so many cars in the world you can feature in a racing game, and most of them are already in Forza. Of course there ain’t gonna be that many new cars in Horizon 2.

looks good to me! They said there are OVER 200 cars. So there are a lot of cars left folks. could be 280-90 for all we know

“Today we are announcing the first 100 of the JUST OVER 200 cars”

Use of the word “just” probably means like 210 or maybe 220

The Vauxhall Corsa VXR, featured in the section dedicated to new cars in the Forza Horizon 2 Car Release is not in fact new to the Forza Franchise. Said Corsa VXR was in Forza Motorsport 4 BUT the car is new to the Horizon side of things. Anyhow, I think this is a mistake as the other cars (the VW Camper, Willys, Alpine) are new to Forza in general.

Let me know your thoughts below!

I think I reckon that the Jaguar XK120 and the Vauxhall Corsa were in FM4, so they aren’t new to the series. I know that they aren’t in Horizon 1 or FM5, though.

Looks like the same old rehash, with a few new ones.

EDIT: This no longer makes sense after threads were merged.

I’ve added the newly revealed 100 cars to the car list thread stickied at the top of the Horizon 2 section (here). It brings the total number of cars we know to over 120 now.

As for this list - the 3 new cars they featured look awesome for an open-world game; great for cruising and off-roading. The rest are nice additions and I’m glad to see them back, although some more new cars would be nice (perhaps they’re saving them for later reveals?).

Really glad they mentioned the American Bantam Car Company in the write-up for the Willys Jeep. Bantam was in my home town, and they originally created the Jeep design, which the government then gave to Willys Overland. The original design was called the Bantam BRC and was designed in 1942 by Karl Probst in Butler, Pennsylvania. It’s our town’s claim to fame (besides Bret Michaels, Rick Santorum, and Matt Clement), and we have had a festival (the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival) every year since 2010 to celebrate the Jeep. We created the Guinness World Record for longest Jeep parade, and will try to top it again next year! In fact, I’m wearing the shirt from that first festival as I write this! Ironic, huh? Butler, PA birthplace of the Jeep! I’m thrilled we were finally mentioned! This is awesome!
